Submit Your Matchday Messages
Supporters can submit their matchday messages for the 2025/26 season to celebrate an upcoming special occasion for a loved one.
Submissions will be displayed at an upcoming fixture on the stadium bowl screens at The Hawthorns and featured in the matchday programme - Albion News.
To submit a message for the matchday programme and/or the stadium bowl screens, please complete the form below.
The form is regularly updated to reflect availability and will display the next four upcoming fixtures. Please find a list of the fixtures we are accepting submissions for below:
- Coventry City (limited availability)
- Charlton Athletic
- Southampton
- Hull City
Supporter are reminded that spaces are free of charge and will be allocated on a first-come-first serve basis. If a there is no availability for your preferred game, we encouraged you to opt for an alternative fixture.
The Club would like to kindly ask supporters to carefully check their submissions for accuracy before submission.
