Keeper give his thoughts on spot-kick decision
BEN Foster says Crystal Palace should not have been awarded a penalty in this afternoon's 3-1 defeat at Selhurst Park.
Marouane Chamakh went down inside the area following a challenge from the England international goalkeeper - but TV replays showed Foster winning the ball.
"From a personal view my opinion is that I didn't think I fouled the player," said the 30-year-old stopper.
"It's my opinion and it makes no odds now.
"The decision has been made.
"I thought I got the ball and it didn't deserve to be a penalty."
