Albion's youngsters will play their Premier League 2 Play-Off semi-final away to Nottingham Forest at Alfreton Town's Impact Arena on Monday, May 8 (ko 7pm).
Richard Beale's Baggies secured a fourth-placed finish in the Division Two standings and ended the regular campaign in some style, going unbeaten in their last four matches - which included a 2-1 victory on the final day against Leeds United's high-flying academy stars.
And the club's young hopefuls will travel to Alfreton hoping for a shot at reaching Division One, as they look for an all-important win over Forest for the first time this term.
Ticket prices are £5 adults and £3 concessions. Children can attend for free if they are with a paying adult.
