Steve Bruce says Tom Rogic is in his plans to be involved against Swansea City on Saturday at The Hawthorns (ko 3pm).
The midfielder joined Albion on a free transfer in the middle of September following his departure from Celtic at the end of the 2021/22 campaign.
Rogic stepped up his workload during the break in an effort to be in a physical condition to play for the Baggies this weekend, and Bruce is excited by the prospect of seeing the Australian international in action.
Steve said: “He will be involved.
“These last couple of weeks have allowed us to get plenty of intense work into him in a bid to get him as close to where we need him to be in a physical sense.
“He’s crammed a lot of work in over the last ten days.
“Having watched him over the international break in training, he’s a very, very good footballer.
“I’m sure he’s going to be a big addition for us.”
