Albion are delighted to introduce a Ticket Exchange platform for the 2024/25 Sky Bet Championship season.
The Ticket Exchange will allow season ticket holders to list their seat for resale in the event they are unable to attend a home fixture - increasing the opportunity for supporters to be at games, while reducing the number of empty seats at The Hawthorns.
Season ticket holders will receive a credit, equivalent to the pro-rata cost of their match ticket, minus a £1 selling fee, when their seat is sold.
Supporters will be able to use accrued credit to purchase additional match tickets, cup tickets, or even their 2025/26 season ticket.
Seats will be available to purchase from the Ticket Exchange at the club’s discretion.
Season ticket holders will be able to list tickets for resale from 10am on Monday, July 29 – the day Leeds United match tickets go on sale – and can make their seat available for multiple fixtures across the entire Sky Bet Championship campaign.
Fixtures for which supporters choose to make their seat available for resale will not be subject to the club’s non-attendance policy.
