Welcome to The Albion Foundation's Girls Football Pathway.

Emerging Talent Centre: Age groups U9, 10 & 11

The main purpose of an Emerging Talent Centre is Talent ID: To identify and develop future potential players by providing local, accessible high-quality training environments. The new Centres will offer increased playing time, varied football formats and allow players to play for both an Emerging Talent Centre and a grassroots club, school, or representative team, which we hope will enhance the variety of playing experiences.

Girls Games Programme: Age groups U12,13, 14 & 16

The main purpose of the Girls Games Programme is player development and access to regular competitive football. To identify and develop future potential players for Post -16 Football & Education programme and West Bromwich Albion Women FC. Each age group competes in a weekly league including Midlands Junior Premier League (U12's vs. Boys), Central Warwickshire Girls League (U13's vs. Girls) and JPL Warriors (U14's & U16's vs. Girls)

The Girls Games Programme is committed to fostering the next generation of female footballers.
