An exciting new position to join us as a Youth Development Phase Coach has become available!

Your role will include working as part of a team in the delivery of the 13-16 age group Coaching programme working alongsidethe Lead Youth Development Phase coach, Academy Manager and Head of Coaching.

You will need to be able to take a holistic approach to improve the player development of 13–16-year-old players to progress them into the Professional Development Programme.

You will discuss with seniors the delivery of the programme you lead and share with seniors the outcome of individual players and you will provide a variety of experiences for players in the

formative years.

Working hours : Full time, which may include evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required and in line with business needs.
