Smethwick End void moved to house extra home fans
TICKETS for tomorrow’s game against Reading (ko 3pm) have been high in demand today and the club have now updated their sales arrangements for Saturday.
The home section of the Smethwick End had previously sold out but with Reading not requesting their full allocation, the club have moved the void to accommodate more Albion supporters.
Tickets for this area of the stadium, plus the West Stand, where there is also availability, will be on sale from the cash-only kiosk outside the Smethwick End/West Stand corner (the four cash-only ticket points in the Smethwick End's 'B' Block will be closed).
The East Stand Upper is also sold out but seats are still available in the Lower section, which will be on sale from the cash-only kiosk outside Millennium Corner.
However, with only limited seats available in the Birmingham Road End, the cash-only kiosk on the Woodman car park will be closed. Seats for this stand will only be available from the East Stand ticket office.
The cash-only kiosks, which sell tickets for specific areas of the stadium, will be open from 1.30pm.
Fans are urged to arrive as early as possible and to visit the cash-only ticket kiosks as their first port of call because they are likely to receive faster service.
Seats will remain on general sale to home fans only until the 3pm kick-off.
Tickets can be purchased online (click here), in person or by phone. The East Stand ticket office will open at 9am.
The Reading game is a Category B clash. Tickets are priced adults £25, seniors £20, under-21s/students £15 and under-17s £10. These prices apply to all stands apart from the West Stand, where no concessionary tickets are available.
