On the day of the above fixture Wales entertain Scotland at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium in the Six Nations rugby, with a capacity crowd of 76,000 expected, this will cause congestion around the M4.
South Wales police are therefore suggesting an alternative route to the Liberty Stadium - M50/A40/A465 to avoid potential congestion around the M4 at Cardiff.
