Five first-team members named in squad
CHRIS Brunt heads up a host of senior players involved for Albion against local rivals Villa in Monday night’s Premier League 2 clash.
Brunt, who hasn’t played since rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament against Crystal Palace in February, is one of five first-team players named in the squad for the fixture at Walsall’s Banks’s Stadium (ko 7pm).
Summer signing Allan Nyom and winger Callum McManaman are set to feature, while youngsters Jonathan Leko and Kane Wilson will also be involved.
The Baggies recorded a league double over Villa at this level during the 2015/16 campaign and Jimmy Shan’s men will be looking to make it back-to-back wins having defeated Brighton 1-0 at The Hawthorns last Monday night.
