GARY Megson has hailed Saturday's opponents Tottenham Hotspur as 'world class' as he prepares to take charge of the Baggies for the first time in 13 years.
Megson is in charge of first-team affairs after the departure of former Head Coach Tony Pulis earlier this week. And he's relishing a trip to Wembley to face opposition he describes as "the best team to watch".
Gary said: "We play against some real world-class players and world-class teams and it's getting stronger and stronger.
"Tottenham are one of them. I thought the two games they played against Real Madrid were fantastic.
"They've got a front three of Eriksen, Alli and Kane that are the envy of most teams in the world. They're terrific and in my view they're the best team to watch at the moment.
"We got a hiding last week against Chelsea.
"You would hope that there's a professional pride - and there will be - that doesn't happen again."
