THE Albion Foundation held a well-being and recovery festival as part of World Mental Health Day 2017.
Through exercise and socialising, the football tournament was aimed at helping participants with mental health issues.
"I think it's fantastic," said Support Time and Recovery Worker, Pardeep Bhogal.
"It's great mentally for the clients, it's great physically for the clients."
"It's scientifically proven that sport helps with recovery and it's just great that people get to come here."
The day was well received by the footballers.
"Today's been fantastic," said participant, Tom Stennett.
"I'm really thankful for the Albion, they've done good."
