Leanne Mitchell struck an Extra Time winner as Albion booked their place the next round of the FA Women's Premier League Cup with a 2-1 win at Long Eaton United Ladies.
The striker bagged her first goal after being promoted to the senior squad as the Baggies fought back from a goal down to advance from the Determining Round into the competition proper.
It was also a great day for new captain Sophie Hull, who notched her first in an Albion shirt since joining the club last summer.
In a tightly fought contest, it was Long Eaton United Ladies that broke the deadlock three minutes before the break thanks to Eve Williams.
But Hull drew the Baggies level in the 65th minute forcing the game into Extra Time.
And with the clock ticking down towards a penalty shoot-out, up popped substitute Mitchell to fire home the winner giving Albion their first victory of the season under boss Louis Sowe.
