OLIVER Burke says his Albion team-mates must be "mentally and physically" ready for Tuesday's trip to West Ham United (ko 7.45pm).
The trip to the London Stadium comes just two days after the Club's New Year's Eve match-up with Arsenal at The Hawthorns - while the Hammers have not played since Boxing Day.
And Burke insists it is a challenge for which the whole squad is prepared.
"Obviously it shows how tough the Premier League can be," said Burke.
"We have to prepare ourselves as best we can and make sure that everyone is in the right place mentally and physically.
"Hopefully we can go there and give them a good game.
"It's my first trip to the London Stadium and I'm really excited and I'm obviously hoping for a win which would make it better for me.
"They've found their spark somewhere and they have been getting some great results.
"Hopefully we can damage that and take that away from them."
