ACADEMY-PRODUCT Kyle Edwards has signed a two-year contract extension at The Hawthorns.
The 19-year-old attacker - currently on loan at Sky Bet League Two outfit Exeter City - is committed to the Baggies until the summer of 2020.
Edwards, who has represented England at youth level, has made 14 appearances for the Grecians this season, scoring one goal.
Albion’s Technical Director, Nick Hammond, said: “Kyle has progressed through our age groups and has developed further as a player during his time on loan.
“Developing players so they can progress to our first team remains a hugely important part of our long-term plan.
“Kyle is talented and we believe with the right support, and plenty of hard work on his part, he will continue to develop and fulfil his potential."
