The winning team will be presented with the trophy during the half-time interval of Albion’s Premier League clash with Spurs.
The five-a-side tournament will take place at Goals Soccer Centre in Willenhall on the weekend of March 17 and 18.
All you have to do is enter your team name and a maximum of seven players. The first 60 teams to enter will qualify for the competition and then it is all down to your form on the pitch.
As well as winning the prestigious trophy, you and your team-mates will be guests of honour at Albion versus Tottenham, with full VIP hospitality and a host of other goodies, including:
- A football signed by the WBA team
- Your picture taken in the home dugout
- An exclusive WBA training ground experience
- A £5 free bet for all players
The runners-up will get free tickets to the Albion versus Tottenham match.
