KANE Wilson has committed his future to Albion until 2020.
The 18-year-old, who penned his first professional deal last year, has signed a one-year extension at The Hawthorns.
And the new contract comes during an impressive loan spell at Exeter City where he has made 16 appearances.
“It’s always been a goal of mine to keep extending my contract here," said an understandably delighted Wilson.
“It’s something I have had my eye on since I joined Exeter on loan at the start of the season.
“I want to keep working hard and hopefully keep impressing the right people at West Bromwich Albion.
“My loan experience has been really beneficial for me both on and off the pitch.
“I’ve moved away from home and that has helped me mature as a person.
“I feel as though I am now comfortable playing senior football in a senior environment.
“My target now is to keep working hard at Exeter and help them get promoted to League One.
“To win promotion during my first loan away from the club would be absolutely incredible and a brilliant way to kick-off off my career.”
