“LAURIE Cunningham’s game” was played out in Valencia as the Baggies got a terrific 1-1 draw against a star studded Spanish side that included Mario Kempes, the goalscorer who had led Argentina to the Word Cup six months earlier.
Cunningham scored Albion’s goal and gave an electric performance which essentially sealed his move to Real Madrid.
