Albion will be without Grady Diangana and Nathan Ferguson for the New Year’s Day clash with Sky Bet Championship promotion-rivals Leeds United (ko 5.15pm).
Head Coach Slaven Bilic says Diangana is still “two or three proper sessions” away from returning to action following the back injury suffered at Birmingham City.
Ferguson is also missing the sold-out Hawthorns clash with what Slaven described as a “small knee problem.” He says this will keep him out for the next couple of weeks.
But the good news for Albion is that Kieran Gibbs is expected to be available for selection after missing the Middlesbrough game.
The Club can also confirm Jonathan Leko has suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury which will rule him out for the remainder of the season. Jonathan has now returned from his loan at Charlton to begin his rehabilitation with Albion.
Meanwhile, Sam Field - whose loan at Charlton is ongoing - continues to make progress with a knee injury sustained in November.
