West Bromwich Albion Women and Girls are delighted to announce an agreement with Sandwell College as headline sponsor for the 2019/20 season.
The further education college in West Bromwich will feature on the playing shirts of the first team, development team and Regional Talent Club teams.
The College will also progress the already strong partnership it has with The Albion Foundation, enabling young people to benefit from high-quality sports coaching with a pathway through to elite-level football with the Post-16 Programme.
Head of West Bromwich Albion Women and Girls Dave Lawrence is delighted to have Sandwell College as a sponsor.
“Sandwell College are a great partner for us because they are really on board with our core values and philosophies, as well as understanding everything that we, as a Club, do and also The Albion Foundation,” he said.
“The extra exposure for the College should allow us to promote the partnership and get more people involved in our ever-growing college programme."
The new deal is a step in the right direction for Sandwell College Head of Sport Scott Thomas.
“We’re extremely proud and honoured to be sponsoring West Bromwich Albion Women and Girls,” said Scott.
“It’s a natural progression for us to move on to with all the work we currently do with the Foundation, and we all wish the girls every success for the rest of the season."
Sandwell College is one of the largest further education colleges in the West Midlands, designed to equip students with skills for the modern workplace.
