Baggies midfielder Romaine Sawyers will take to the virtual touchline to see if he can successfully manage Albion to glory in the EFL Football Manager Cup.
Romaine will test his tactics against other users, who could be players or fans of EFL clubs, on the computer game 'Football Manager' as he takes the Hawthorns hot seat for the e-tournament.
The Baggies face fellow Midlands side Coventry City in the first-round of the competition on the evening of Wednesday, April 22.
Nice local fixture to start hopefully we have a full house 🙌🏾 https://t.co/YEldEj57tJ

There is a possibility Romaine could manage Albion’s e-stars through six games, if they make it all the way to the final, which is scheduled to be live-streamed on Sunday, May 17.
