Albion’s 23 opponents for the 2024/25 Sky Bet Championship campaign have now been confirmed.
Joining the Baggies in the second tier having won promotion from Sky Bet League One are Portsmouth, Derby County and Oxford United.
Albion and Pompey will go head-to-head in the league for the first time since the 2008/09 term when the two clubs were competing in the Premier League.
Derby County are back in the Championship after spending two years in the division below. The last time the Baggies and the Rams went to battle in the same league was in 2021/22.
Oxford United ended a 25-year absence from the second-tier of English football with a win over Bolton in the Play-Off final at Wembley.
The last time they competed at this level was 1998/99, which was also the last time they met Albion in a campaign.
Burnley, Sheffield United and Luton are all back in the Championship having been relegated from the top flight.
The trio won promotion in 2022/23, the year which Albion finished ninth, but were unable to retain their Premier League status.
The opening games of the 2024/25 Sky Bet Championship term will be played over the weekend of 10/11 August. Fixtures will be released at 9am on Wednesday, June 26.
