Semi Ajayi headlines Wednesday night’s Albion News as the Baggies welcome Premier League side Arsenal to The Hawthorns.
Albion’s No.6 spent two years at The Emirates Stadium between 2013-15, learning under a pioneering management figure in Arsene Wenger as well as soaking up the defensive experience of former Gunners defender Steve Bould.
Ajayi got close to making his Premier League debut for the north London outfit, but it was with the Baggies last season where he felt “fulfilment” having taken steps back in order to progress and achieve his goals in the top flight at The Hawthorns.
The 27-year-old discusses Arsenal, compares last season’s home clash against the Gunners with Wednesday night’s cup tie in front of fans, and wanting to earn responsibility under Valérien Ismaël this term in his in-depth feature.
The third edition of Albion News also sees the usual columns from gaffer Ismaël and skipper Jake Livermore, as they discuss the Baggies’ terrific start to the campaign.
Programmes will be available at several stalls in and around The Hawthorns on Wednesday, and they can also be purchased from the Stadium Megastore, which is located outside the East Stand.
