West Bromwich Albion Football Club is delighted to announce the renewal of its decade-long partnership with The University of Wolverhampton.
The extension establishes the university as one of the club’s longest standing partners, having first forged a relationship in 2013.
The club will work in collaboration with the university to offer internships, work placement opportunities and student experiences across several departments at The Hawthorns.
West Bromwich Albion Managing Director, Mark Miles, said: “We are delighted to renew our longstanding partnership with the University of Wolverhampton, which is now close to a decade long and would like to thank them for their continued support. We look forward to continuing the partnership with the University, together with providing the students more exciting experiences here at the West Bromwich Albion.”
Kerys Harrop, former Lioness and Football Coaching and Performance Lecturer at the University, added: “We are delighted to be continuing our partnership with West Bromwich Albion. The relationship provides exciting opportunities for our students to gain valuable experience working across different departments at the club and we are incredibly proud to be an official partner.”
