Albion Women's 2024/25 awards winners

West Bromwich Albion’s 2024/25 awards winners were announced at the end of season awards dinner in the Richardson Suite at The Hawthorns on Monday night. 

Several players across the club, including those from the Men’s, Women’s, academy and disability teams, scooped prestigious honours in front of a packed room.

Here’s who took home the four Women’s trophies.

Women’s 2024/25 Supporters’ Player of the Season award, sponsored by Ideal Heating – Rhianne Oakley

Rhianne Oakley has been crowned West Bromwich Albion Women's 2024/25 Supporters' Player of the Season.

The Welsh forward, who joined the club in August 2024 from Cardiff City, has been a regular in Siobhan Hodgetts-Still's team throughout the campaign.

Oakley scored her eighth goal of the campaign on Sunday afternoon - netting a penalty in the 3-2 defeat at home to Stoke City at Redditch United's Valley Stadium. 

Rhianne earned 20 per cent of the final vote, narrowly beating fellow Welsh player Seren Watkins who collected 19.3 per cent of the vote. Defender Taylor Reynolds finished third (18.1 per cent of the vote).

Women’s 2024/25 Players’ Player of the Season award, sponsored by CSCM – Izzy Green

Izzy Green has won West Bromwich Albion Women's 2024/25 Players' Player of the Season award. 

The defender, who is a lifelong fan of the club, has performed impressively at the back for Siobhan Hodgetts-Still's side this term. 

Green, a week shy of her 22nd birthday, has risen up through the ranks at Albion and made her senior debut back in August 2021. 

The number six has played more than 20 matches in all competitions this season, helping the Baggies reach round four of the Adobe Women's FA Cup, the final of the Birmingham County FA Challenge Cup and a mid-table position in the FAWNL with one fixture remaining.

Women’s 2024/25 Young Player of the Season award - Taylor Reynolds

Taylor Reynolds has been named West Bromwich Albion Women's 2024/25 Young Player of the Season.

The 21-year-old defender, who is comfortable anywhere across the back line, has enjoyed another impressive year in Siobhan Hodgetts-Still's side having joined in the summer of 2023.

Reynolds has made more than 20 appearances in all competitions this term, playing an important role in the team's league fixtures, as well as their runs to round four of the Adobe Women's FA Cup and the final of the Birmingham County FA Challenge Cup.

Women’s 2024/25 Academy Player of the Season award, sponsored by ABEC Ltd - Asiah Janny

The winner of West Bromwich Albion Women's 2024/25 Academy Player of the Season award is 16-year-old Asiah Janny.

The attacker, who can occupy any position across the front line, has broken into the Baggies' senior side in recent weeks having impressed in the U16 team throughout the current campaign. 

Janny stepped off the bench against Burnley in the 76th minute to make her first-team debut in the middle of March, before going on to make her second appearance for Siobhan Hodgetts-Still's outfit in Sunday's narrow 3-2 defeat at home to high-flying Stoke City.
