Sam Allardyce has been nominated for April’s Barclays Premier League Manager of the Month award.
Allardyce guided Albion to a thumping 5-2 win at UEFA Champions League finalists Chelsea at the start of April, before securing another eye-catching 3-0 victory over Southampton the following week.
The Baggies also took a further point at Villa Park, giving them a total of seven from a possible 12 in the month.
Allardyce faces competition from Marcelo Bielsa (Leeds United), Steve Bruce (Newcastle United) and Ole Gunnar Solskjær (Man United).
