West Bromwich Albion take on Cardiff City at the Cardiff City Stadium on Saturday afternoon in what will be their final away game of the 2024/25 season (ko 3pm).
The Baggies have their sights set on securing a victory after back-to-back defeats over Easter against Coventry City and Derby County respectively.
It's a huge game for hosts Cardiff City who come into it sat second bottom of the division and three points adrift of safety with just two to play. They lost 2-0 at Sheffield United on Good Friday and were then held to a 1-1 draw at home by Oxford United on Easter Monday.
The Bluebirds will be led by Aaron Ramsey, with James Morrison overseeing first-team affairs for Albion following the departure of Tony Mowbray.
Neither team could find a winner the first time these two went head-to-head this term. The match ended 0-0 at The Hawthorns back in October 2024.

The hosts
This weekend's battle with the Baggies is one of the biggest games the Bluebirds have had in years.
Cardiff City know a defeat in the Welsh capital on Saturday afternoon could see them drop into Sky Bet League One.
They're 23rd in the table, three points behind Luton Town and Derby County who have both amassed 46 points from their 44 games played.
The men from South Wales were heading for a huge victory in their last match against Oxford United on Easter Monday, but a stunning long-range effort from Cameron Brannagan has left the Bluebirds in a position now where they're going to have to collect four points at the very least from their encounters with Albion and Norwich City if they're to stay in the Sky Bet Championship.
Cardiff are winless in six and haven't won any of their last six in front of their own supporters. Interim head coach and boyhood Bluebird Aaron Ramsey will be determined halt that run and steer the side to safety.
He replaced Omer Riza earlier this month and drew his first game in charge to Oxford at the Cardiff City Stadium a few days ago.

One from the history books
Albion put four unanswered goals past the Bluebirds in the Sky Bet Championship in September 2021.
Karlan Grant fired in the first early on before Curtis Nelson put the ball into his own net shortly before the hour.
Alex Mowatt crashed in a tremendous third from distance and Matt Phillips made it a fabulous four right at the end of the night.
