Carlos Corberán has delivered some unfortunate injury news regarding goalkeeper Alex Palmer.
The boss has revealed Palmer stepped out of training on Thursday after feeling discomfort in his knee and ankle.
The stopper had a scan to determine the severity of the issue and Corberán says he expects to be without Alex for around six weeks.
Carlos said: "During the warm-up for training on Thursday he felt something in his knee and his ankle.
"We were waiting until Friday to see how he progressed from this uncomfortable feeling.
"Unfortunately, the test results have come back and they have shown that there is a problem with the ligament in his knee and ankle too.
"He’ll probably need about six week to come back to the group."
