Albion fell to a 2-0 defeat at Coventry City in the Sky Bet Championship on Friday afternoon.
Goals from Jack Rudoni and Matt Grimes either side of the break earned the Sky Blues all three points.
The Baggies return home this Monday, hosting Derby County.

Tony Mowbray put out an unchanged XI following last weekend’s win against Watford.
But his team found themselves behind inside six minutes when City’s Rudoni converted a low effort.
Josh Griffiths prevented the hosts doubling their advantage, pushing over Liam Kitching’s header midway through the first period.
Albion did have a slightly better spell before the break, with Karlan Grant seeing a shot diverted wide, yet ultimately Coventry led at half-time.

The head coach switched things up for the second 45, introducing John Swift and Grady Diangana.
Again, though, Coventry netted early. This time Grimes stole possession deep in Albion territory and finished past Griffiths.
And proceedings became even harder as the visitors were reduced to 10-men, Callum Styles being shown a second yellow card.
The Baggies pushed forward late on - substitute Adam Armstrong having a goal disallowed and Kyle Bartley nodding wide. However, ultimately City saw out the victory.
Albion: Griffiths; Furlong, Bartley, Heggem, Styles; Price (Diangana 46), Mowatt (Diakite 68); Fellows, Grant (Armstrong 73), Johnston (Dike 73); Lankshear (Swift 46).
Substitutes: Wildsmith, Holgate, Wallace, Cole.
