Dara O’Shea made his first appearance since March on Monday night, completing 90 minutes of the Republic of Ireland’s 3-0 UEFA EURO 2024 qualifying victory over Gibraltar.
The Baggies defender, who last played a competitive game at the back end of March, eased through the entirety of the encounter at the Aviva Stadium where goals from Mikey Johnston, Evan Ferguson and Adam Idah secured Ireland’s first win of the campaign.
Fellow Albion man Jayson Molumby was an unsused substitute in Dublin.
Ireland have three points from three matches in Group B and sit third in the standings.
