Albion players Jed Wallace, Conor Townsend, Kyle Bartley and Adam Reach made a special visit to young patients at Sandwell General Hospital on Tuesday afternoon.

The quartet spent time with children, their families and hospital staff, while also helping to distribute early Christmas presents.
