Pupils from Holy Trinity C of E Primary School in Handsworth, were invited to attend a cooking lesson with WBA Executive Chef, Sean Byrne.
For the last six weeks, the school has been working with The Albion Foundation on a youth led social action project, under the Premier League Primary Stars banner, and in partnership with Planet Super League. The focus is around sustainability in football, learning how to live a more sustainable lifestyle, and what the impact of things like food, transport and energy can have on the environment.
In the cooking lesson with Chef Sean Byrne, the pupils learnt how to cook a selection of meat free and plant based meals. You can find the recipes below, and have a go at cooking them yourself.
