Dara O’Shea completed 60 minutes for Albion’s Under-23s on Monday morning as he continues his comeback from an ankle injury.
A young Baggies side took on Hereford in a friendly at the training ground, with the Irish central defender playing an hour against the club he spent the 2017/18 season on loan with.
The successful game-time adds to the 45 minutes he featured in during a PL2 fixture against Birmingham City last week.
Great to see. 💙

And Dara was delighted to get more action on his road to a first team return.
“I’m feeling good, it’s great to be back playing and building up my match fitness,” he said.
“I just want to get going again now, but I know how important it is to do things properly and keep increasing the game time gradually.
“The plan is to get 90 minutes in with the Under-23s in their fixture against Southampton next Monday, and then hopefully I’ll get through that fine and be ready to go.”
