Northern Ireland international Isaac Price has joined the Albion on a four-and-a-half year contract from Belgian side Standard Liege.
The 21-year-old's arrival bolsters Tony Mowbray's options in the middle of the park.

Isaac was born in Pontefract in West Yorkshire on September 26, 2003. He qualifies to play for Northern Ireland through his paternal grandmother who was born in Belfast.
He joined Everton at the age of 7 and rose up through the ranks at Goodison Park. Price’s senior debut came in March 2022 against Boreham Wood in the Emirates FA Cup. The midfielder came on in the final minutes of the Toffees’ 2-0 triumph.
Isaac’s Premier League debut arrived two months after his first-team debut in the FA Cup. He was brought on in the 78th minute of Everton’s 5-1 defeat against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium at the age of 18.
In March 2023, Price received his maiden call-up to the senior Northern Ireland squad. He had represented the GAWA all the way from U16s to U21s prior. Albion’s new man made his debut in a 2-0 victory away in San Marino in a UEFA EURO 2024 qualifier, coming on for the final eight minutes of the encounter.
Isaac scored his first senior Northern Ireland goal in September 2023. The midfielder bagged an equaliser to make it 1-1 against Slovenia in Ljubljana in a UEFA EURO 2024 qualifier, however the hosts went on to win that particular game 4-2.
One of Price’s finest moments in the game came in October 2024 when he scored a hat-trick for his nation in their thumping 5-0 UEFA Nations League victory over Bulgaria in Belfast. His strikes were the first, second and fourth goals Northern Ireland scored that night. The opening two goals were first-time finishes from inside the area, with the third flying into the top corner from the best part of 25 yards. The 21-year-old moved to Belgian outfit Standard Liege in June 2023, signing a four-year contract. During his first season there Price made 37 league appearances, helping the club to a tenth-placed finish.
Isaac’s first goal for Standard Liege came in dramatic circumstances, netting a winner in the 90th minute at home to Club Brugge in October 2023. It was a goal which secured a 2-1 triumph.
Price averages a goal every three games for Northern Ireland. The youngster has scored six times for his nation in 18 appearances, most recently notching against Luxembourg in the UEFA Nations League in November 2024.
The new signing arrives at The Hawthorns having made 63 senior appearances in the last 18 months for Standard Liege, having also represented Northern Ireland 18 times and Everton on three occasions.
