Molumby featured for the Republic of Ireland who lost 2-0 at home to England in a UEFA Nations League clash at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin.
Declan Rice and Jack Grealish were on target for the visitors in the opening half.
Jayson will hope to earn another cap in his country’s second League B Group 2 fixture on Tuesday – an encounter with Greece in the Irish capital (ko 7.45pm).

Meanwhile, defender Ajayi played the entirety of Nigeria’s comfortable 3-0 home win over Benin in an AFCON qualifier.
Ademola Lookman scored twice for the Super Eagles in a game which also saw Victor Osimhen find the net too.
Ajayi is set to earn more international minutes on Tuesday when his nation take on Rwanda in another AFCON qualifier (ko 2pm).
