Five Baggies featured for their loan clubs over the bank holiday weekend.
Midfielder Alex Mowatt played the first 65 minutes of Middlesbrough’s 1-1 draw with Coventry City at the Riverside Stadium in the Sky Bet Championship.
Mowatt was replaced by Dan Barlaser in the middle of the second period with the score already at 1-1 after goals from Coventry’s Gustavo Hamer and Boro’s Cameron Archer. The two sides will meet again in the Play-Off semi final.
In Sky Bet League One, defensive duo Caleb Taylor and Zac Ashworth both completed full games for Cheltenham Town and Burton Albion respectively.
Taylor’s Town drew 2-2 at home to Charlton Athletic, with Aidan Keena and Alfie May on target for the hosts, while the Addicks’ goals came courtesy of Scott Fraser and Jack Payne.
Caleb was named the club’s Young Player of Year ahead of their final day clash with Charlton. Cheltenham finished the campaign in 16th position, nine points clear of safety.

Ashworth’s Burton Albion drew 0-0 at home to MK Dons, a result which relegated the visitors to Sky Bet League Two. The Brewers finished one place and two points ahead of Cheltenham.
In the fourth tier, Tom Fellows played 90 minutes on his final appearance for Crawley Town.
Crawley suffered a 2-1 setback at Swindon Town, a result which meant Fellows’ men finished 22nd in the division, three points clear of danger.
Charlie Austin and Jake Cain scored for the home team, with Dom Telford scoring from the spot for Crawley.
Finally, attacker Rayhaan Tulloch played 88 minutes for Dundalk in their 1-0 away win at Sligo Rovers in the League of Ireland Premier Division.
Keith Ward scored the winner six minutes from the end. The victory was Dundalk’s third in-a-row and one which keeps them in fourth place.
