Reyes Cleary scored his second Vanarama National League goal for Hartlepool United on Saturday afternoon.
The forward opened the scoring down at Eastleigh on the half-hour mark, firing in a cracker from the best part of 30 yards with his right foot.
The hosts drew level shortly before the break though, with Tyrese Shade on target.
That’s how it finished at the Silverlake Stadium on a day where Reyes completed the entirety of the encounter.
The point means Hartlepool are 15th in the standings after 37 games.

Defender Caleb Taylor also got 90 minutes in for Sky Bet League One outfit Wycombe Wanderers. They drew 1-1 at Peterborough United in dramatic circumstances.
The Posh took the lead early on courtesy of Malik Mothersille’s penalty. It remained 1-0 to the hosts until deep into second-half stoppage time when Richard Kone bagged a late, late equaliser for Taylor’s team.
The draw leaves the Chairboys second in the third-tier standings, level on points with Wrexham in third and six clear of Stockport County in fourth.

Elsewhere, Josh Shaw played another full game for Marine in the Vanarama National League North.
The Mariners continued their impressive recent form and claimed another huge three points, defeating Needham Market 1-0 away from home.
Chris Doyle’s effort two minutes after the interval proved to be the difference, pushing Marine eight points clear of the danger zone.
When Josh signed for the club they were sat bottom, three points adrift of safety.
Finally, goalkeeper Ronnie Hollingshead kept a clean sheet as Alvechurch claimed a 1-0 derby day victory over Redditch United in the Southern League Premier Central division.
Josh Dugmore notched the winner 13 minutes from time at the Church’s Lye Meadow. The triumph leaves Ronnie’s side in 12th position in the table.
