Four Baggies went up against their Albion team-mates over the latest weekend of action.
In Sky Bet League One, goalkeeper Josh Griffiths faced Caleb Taylor as Bristol Rovers hosted Wycombe Wanderers.
Both Albion youngsters played full games, but it was Taylor’s Chairboys who were 2-1 victors at The Memorial Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Scott Sinclair gave the home side the lead, but late strikes from Daniel Harvie and Joe Low sealed an away win for Wycombe.
Wanderers’ three points lifted them to seventh, with Rovers sat 21st in the standings.

In the Southern League Premier Central division, midfielder Souleyman Mandey scored past goalkeeper Ronnie Hollingshead as Stourbridge earned a 2-1 win at Alvechurch.
The Austrian youth international brought a long ball down on the edge of the box and converted beyond the reach of his Albion team-mate to give Stourbridge a 1-0 lead in the first half.
Dan Sweeney equalised almost instantly for the home team, but the Glassboys won it through Toumani Sidibe’s strike just before the break.
Hollingshead completed the whole game, with Mandey replaced on 72 minutes by Elliott Durrell.
The result leaves Stourbridge seventh and Alvechurch eighth, both sat on 16 points.
Elsewhere in the same league, right-back Alex Williams completed 90 minutes for Stratford Town who recorded a 3-2 triumph at Halesowen Town.
Callum Ebanks, Reece Styche and Lewis Wilson all scored for Stratford at The Grove, with Conor Tee and Kieren Donnelly on target for the home team.
Williams’ men rise up to sixth with that win.
Finally, forward Reyes Cleary was an unused sub for Walsall in Sky Bet League Two. The Saddlers beat Colchester United 4-0 on home soil.
