Three Baggies were in action for their respective loan clubs in what was a weekend of little action away from B71.
Josh Griffiths earned his fifth clean sheet of the Sky Bet League One campaign as Bristol Rovers played out a goalless draw with Crawley Town.
In a tight encounter, neither side could find an opener to grab all three points, so each had to settle for a share of the spoils at the Memorial Stadium.
There was more drama for another Albion shot-stopper though, as Ronnie Hollingshead played a huge role in Alvechurch's spot kick success in the Isuzu FA Trophy.
The young Baggies man saved one penalty kick in normal time, before playing the hero once again in the shoot-out after they played out a stalemate against Chasetown at Lye Meadow.
The 20 year old saved the first of the Scholars' spot kicks, with the final nine all finding the back of the net - ensuring the hosts passage into the next round.
Immense yesterday.

Albion Midfielder Matt Richards also featured in the encounter, starting for the Church before being withdrawn just after the hour mark.
