Mason Holgate came on for his Jamaica debut in their victory over Nicaragua in the early hours of Friday morning.
The Albion loanee earned his first call-up for the Reggae Boyz this month and came on with a quarter-of-an-hour to go in the Caribbean side's Concacaf Nations League 2-0 victory.
He replaced Joel Latibeaudiere shortly after Romario Williams' second-half finish, having taken the lead on 32 minutes thanks to an own goal from Josué Quijano.
The win puts Steve McLaren's team top of Group B in the competition, claiming seven points from three games ahead of their fixture with Honduras on Tuesday morning.
