West Bromwich Albion make the long trip north to the Stadium of Light for a Sky Bet Championship showdown with Sunderland on Saturday lunchtime (ko 12.30pm).
The Baggies will be hoping to bounce back from last weekend's last-gasp defeat to Leicester City at The Hawthorns - a result which inflicted just a third loss on them in their last 14 league games.
Hosts Sunderland parted company with former Albion boss Tony Mowbray on Monday evening, bringing an end to his 16-month spell on Wearside.
Last season's play-off semi-finalists sit three points and three places off the top six heading into the clash, but the Black Cats haven't won any of their last three, losing five of their last nine in addition.

The opponents
Sunderland ended Tony Mowbray's spell as manager on Monday night meaning the Black Cats will, as things stand, head into this weekend's clash without a recognised manager.
Saturday's hosts drew 1-1 at Millwall in their most recent match, a result which extended their winless run to three matches.
Sunderland had a terrific first term back in the second tier last year, qualifying for the play-offs before eventually losing out in the semi-finals to winners Luton Town.
They've had a mixed bag of scores so far this campaign, earning eye-catching triumphs over Southampton (5-0), Watford (2-0), Blackburn (3-1) and Norwich (3-1), but also suffering defeats to teams towards the bottom end of the division (Stoke City, Plymouth Argyle and Huddersfield Town).
The Mackems are only three points and three places off the top six and they'll be determined to repeat last year's achievement of extending their season beyond the 46-game mark.

The Baggies came back from 1-0 down at the break to beat Sunderland 2-1 at the Stadium of Light almost exactly one year ago.
Amad Diallo's first-half penalty put the hosts ahead of a freezing cold night in the North East, however, a super strike from Tom Rogic and a brilliant header from Daryl Dike turned the game on its head and secured three big points for Carlos Corberán's men.

The Baggies beat the Black Cats last season, and drew the three matches up there previous to last December's triumph.
Sunderland's most recent victory over Albion on home soil came in May 2014 on a night where goals from Jack Colback and Fabio Borini sealed three Premier League points.
That setback was Albion's only defeat in their last eight trips to the Stadium of Light (W3, D4).
