Albion Under-21s midfielder Matt Richards has joined non-league side Alvechurch on a one-month loan deal.
The 19-year-old joins fellow academy graduate Ronnie Hollingshead in making the move to Lye Meadow, as he continues to build his experience in men's football.
Richards previously spent time with fellow Southern Premier Central Division side Stourbridge last term, while this season, the defensive midfielder has been skippering Richard Beale's PL2 team - making eight appearances in total across all competitions.
And Matt will be pushing to make his debut for the Church this weekend when they play his former loan club in the Isuzu FA Trophy on Saturday afternoon.
