National Gas Albion ticket giveaways

The Albion Foundation X National Gas.

Throughout the 2024/25 campaign, principal partners of The Albion Foundation, National Gas are giving away tickets to Albion men's home matches at The Hawthorns to local programme participants.

Find out more about each programme participant awarded home match tickets below.

Leeds United

Tamuda:

Tamuda was awarded two free tickets to Albion's home opener against Leeds for the 2024/25 campaign. He had a very positive week at our summer HAF Camp and showed a fantastic attitude towards the coaches and other participants.

This was the first professional match that Tamuda has watched.

Cyprian:

Cyprian was also given two tickets for the game against the Lilywhites. He has shown plenty of enthusiasm for multiple sports whilst at plenty of different HAF Camps including basketball, handball and cricket.

Cyprian's favourite sport is football, so he'll surely have enjoyed seeing the Baggies in action.

Swansea City

Arthur:

Arthur came to The Hawthorns for a tour with his youth club; SinglePoint Plus, a Charitable Community Benefit Society based in the heart of Oldbury. We have established a partnership with them through our charitable work.

We provided an opportunity for children who access SinglePoint Plus to come to The Hawthorns, learn about our prestigious history and participate in an interactive quiz.  Arthur retained a lot of information during the day and participated in all the activities we set.

His attitude and behaviour were excellent. Arthur thoroughly deserved the tickets donated by National Gas and attended the home victory over Swansea City.

Plymouth Argyle

Jaidan and Riley:

Jaiden and Riley have been taking part in our Supporter to Reporter scheme, which provides work experience opportunities on matchdays to students. The pair came to our home fixture against Plymouth Argyle to each write a match report on the game.

As part of this scheme, participants will learn how to write a match report, and are also treated to a stadium tour and matchday lunch. Jaiden and Riley had a wonderful time in the press box during the game, and were supported by their families and teachers in the crowd.

The boys were excited to be in the same room as Wayne Rooney, but even more pleased to see a Baggies win.

Middlesbrough

Aaron Nyarko:

Aaron has been participating in our Mini and Core Kicks sessions at Hadley Stadium since February. For all his high efforts, he was rewarded with tickets to our home fixture against Middlesbrough.

The coaches say Aaron shows great manners and respect at Kicks sessions — building strong relationships with others, and sets high standards every week.

Gabriel Albert Muraretu

Gabriel was also given tickets for the Middlesbrough game, having attended Kicks for three years now.

“Gabe is a highly thought of player who's 100% effort and commitment in Kicks sessions has not gone unnoticed,” his coach said.

Burnley

Zoe:

Zoe has enjoyed being a part of our PL Kicks Girls Multi-Sports sessions for just over a year now, where she has shown plenty of progression. At the beginning of the sessions, Zoe lacked confidence and struggled to engage with other participants, but now feels able to enjoy attending in the company of others.

Her coaches say she has a positive attitude to show determination and resilience towards tasks and is conscious of her peers' inclusion into the sessions. She looks forward to attending Thursday's clash with Burnley at The Hawthorns.

Norwich

Ferndale Primary School:

A year three and four girls' team from Ferndale Primary School were given the tickets to Saturday's home fixture against Norwich. The girls won a Premier League Primary Stars Tournament, and coaches reported the incredible sportsmanship throughout.

The Albion Foundation decided to match National Gas' generosity of four tickets, and and provided two tickets for each member of the team, so that they were able to go together.
