Diangana was an unused substitute for DR Congo in their 3-1 victory against Guinea.
Mohamed Bayo put Guinea in front, however efforts from Chancel Mbemba, Yoane Wissa (p) and Arthur Masuaku swung the game in Grady’s nation’s favour, propelling them into their first semi-final since 2015.
Nigeria will meet the winners of Cape Verde and South Africa on Wednesday at 5pm, with DR Congo coming up against the victors of hosts Ivory Coast and Mali three hours later at 8pm.
Congratulations, gents!
