Albion Women head coach Siobhan Hodgetts-Still has won the FAWNL Premier Division Manager of the Month award for March.
Hodgetts-Still helped guide Albion to four victories from six games over the course of the month, capped by the Baggies' stunning 4-0 win over Stourbridge.
She was up against Tom Davies (Cheltenham Town), Becky Langley (Newcastle United) and Jason Stephens (Hashtag United) to claim the award.
The boss hailed her players and staff's efforts over the course of the month after getting her hands on the trophy.
She said: "I'm over the moon to be named as Manager of the Month and I would like to say a really big thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone that voted.
"I was up against some really good candidates who achieved great things over the past few weeks.
"Just to be nominated was an honour itself, but this award is dedicated to my players and staff who have worked so hard and showed real dedication throughout the season.
"It was a fantastic month for us as a club, and one which really helped our league position and showed what we can achieve when we're on our game.
"The draw against a really tough Burnley side at The Hawthorns was a big one, made even more special with the support of our family and fans in the crowd.
"There's still six points to play for in the final two games. Away to Stoke, and against Newcastle who are already promoted.
"They'll be tough games but we back ourselves to compete with anyone in this league, and many of our results against the top teams have shown that. We'll give it our all to finish as high as we can in the league."
