Albion are delighted to confirm Siobhan Hodgetts-Still has been appointed the club’s first full-time Women’s Manager.

The role is an expansion of her prior remit as Head Coach and is the first step in the process of making the women’s side a full-time, professional side.

The team was incorporated by the club in June 2024 – having previously operated as a separate company – and Siobhan’s new role is another significant phase in the long-term vision of Albion owners Bilkul.

“This is a proud moment for me personally, but also a great step forwards for the women’s team,” said Hodgetts-Still. “I would like to thank Andrew Nestor and Ian Pearce for their ongoing commitment to me and the women’s team.

“Since we became fully incorporated by the club last summer, we have been made to feel very much at home. This really is an exciting opportunity for us to progress towards our long-term goals.

“I am looking forward to the challenge of helping to make us a fully professional setup.”

Sporting Director Andrew Nestor said: “I’m delighted we will now benefit from Shev’s passion, knowledge and experience on a full-time basis.

“Bilkul has always been clear of its commitment to the development of the women's team and this is another big step as part of this journey.

"We have ambitious plans for the team and Shev has been tasked with helping us to outline our long-term strategic vision, in order to drive progress towards a fully professional setup."
