Supporters can now submit their festive song requests for the pre-match build up ahead of Wednesday's clash with Coventry City in the Sky Bet Championship (ko 8pm).
To enter a submission, Baggies fans must complete all of the required elements of the form below marked with an asterisk.
The deadline for submissions is 3pm on Tuesday, December 10.
The club will aim to accommodate as many as requests as possible but cannot guarantee your request(s) will be played on the specified match day.
