Supporters can now submit their song requests for the pre-match build up ahead of Saturday's clash with Plymouth Argyle in the Sky Bet Championship (ko 3pm).
To enter a submission, Baggies fans must complete all of the required elements of the form below marked with an asterisk.
The deadline for submissions is midday on Friday September 20.
The club will aim to accommodate as many as requests as possible but cannot guarantee your request(s) will be played on the specified match day.
