Brandon Thomas-Asante made his international debut for Ghana on Monday evening - with Okay Yokuslu and Semi Ajayi also featuring for their countries.
BTA came on as a late substitute during the Black Stars’ 4-3 World Cup qualifying win over Central African Republic, earning his maiden cap in the process.
It finishes off a positive season for the striker - who was Albion’s 2023/24 top scorer and is now the first-ever permanent Baggies player to feature for Ghana.

Elsewhere, Okay Yokuslu made his first Türkiye appearance since 2021 in Monday night's friendly defeat to Poland.
The midfielder played the final 30 minutes as they were beaten 2-1 in Warsaw - their final warm-up fixture ahead of Euro 2024.
Türkiye kick-off the competitive action next week, when they face a Group F fixture against Georgia.

And Semi Ajayi completed 90 minutes for Nigeria as they were beaten 2-1 by Benin in a World Cup qualifier.
It was the Super Eagles’ first defeat of the campaign, having previously drawn their three previous Group C matches.
Although they sit fifth in the table, they still have six games remaining to try and secure a spot at the 2026 tournament.
