Tickets remain on general sale for Albion’s opening Sky Bet Championship game of the season at Blackburn Rovers.
But supporters can now only secure their place at the match by buying on the day from Blackburn's away ticket office.
Baggies fans will be able to purchase via cash or card from 1pm onwards. There will be no increase to prices.
Carlos Corberán's men begin the 2023/24 campaign when they visit Ewood Park on Saturday, August 5 (ko 3pm).
Seats are priced £25 Adults, £20 Seniors (65+), £15 18-23s, £10 12-17s, and £7 Under-12s.
